Our Pastor

Rev. Hall has been preaching for 22 years and pastoring for 18 years. He was licensed to preach in 1989. He received his Certificate of Ordination for Itinerant Deacon in 1993 in the African Methodist Episcopal Church and was ordained an Itinerant Elder in the A.M.E. Church in 1995. Pastored A.M.E. About Us

Crystal Springs A.M.E. Church is one of the oldest churches in the Mt. Hermon area. Founded in the late 1800s, it is over one hundred years old. The land was purchased from Ervin Andrews by the trustees and members of the Crystal Springs Church for the amount of two dollars and fifty cents for four acres. Due to the burning of the courthouse on March 17, 1897, the exact date of purchase was not available, but we can say that our church is 100 plus years old.
